How to Use: Your Peptide Routine

Morning (AM)

1. Cleanse. Matcha Cream Face Cleanser, Radiant Renewal Cream Face Wash, or CLEARGLO+ Purifying Cleanser for breakout-prone skin.
2. Mist (optional). ORO+ C Radiance Restoring Spray for a fresh, hydrated look.
3. Serum. ORO+ C Vitamin C Peptide Serum, PEPGLO+ Firming Serum or CLEARGLO+ Clarifying Peptide Serum.
4. Eyes. IGLO+ Advanced Eye Renewal Cream or IGLO De-Puffing Eye Serum. Pat in with your ring finger.
5. Moisturize. PEPGLO+ Advanced Peptide Cream or ORO+ LUME Hydration Gel-Cream.
6. Barrier (optional). SHIELD-CU Barrier Support Cream as your last skincare step.
7. Sunscreen. Finish with a broad-spectrum sunscreen of your choice. Our products, including SHIELD-CU, are not sunscreens.

Evening (PM)

1. Cleanse. Double-cleanse if you wore makeup or sunscreen.
2. Exfoliate (1–3× per week). EXO-GLO Radiant Exfoliation Polish or CITRUS GLO Face Polish. Skip retinol on these nights if your skin feels sensitive.
3. Serum. LUMIGLO+ Advanced Retinol & Peptide Serum (night only) or SUPRAGLO Timeless Radiance Serum.
4. Eyes. IGLO+ eye cream.
5. Overnight gel or cream. AZUL-RENEW PM Calming Peptide Gel, or PEPGLO+ cream.
6. Face oil (optional). A few drops of ORO+ LUXE Face Oil, pressed in last to seal in moisture.

Scalp & hair

• Wash: FOLLICLE-CU Shampoo or Titan Renewal AndroShield, then FOLLICLE-CU Conditioner.
• Leave-in (daily, on a clean, dry scalp): one scalp product per application. Choose REJUV-CU, FOLLICLE-CU Serum, NIAGIN-CU or FOLLICLE-CU Scalp Spray, and massage it in for 1–2 minutes.

Body

After showering, apply MITOGLO+ Body Butter, ORO+ LUXE Body Lotion or Vanilla Cream Soufflé Body Butter while skin is still slightly damp. Use ORO+ VELOUR Body Polish 1–2× per week. CRYO SIGNAL Cooling Body Gel gives a refreshing chill after workouts.

Men's routine (Titan Renewal)

AM: cleanse → VITAL serum → Face & Eye Revival Gel → REGEN gel-cream → sunscreen.
Shave: EDGE Shave Cream or AZUL Shave Gel → AXEL Post-Shave Spray → beard oil.

Tips

• New to retinol? Start LUMIGLO+ 2–3 nights a week and build up.
• Patch test every new product on a small area for 24 hours.
• Introduce one product at a time, about a week apart, so you know how your skin responds.
• Copper peptides and strong acids or vitamin C: if your skin feels sensitive, use them at different times of day (e.g. vitamin C AM, copper peptides PM).
