Do you offer free shipping? Yes. Shipping is free, and code LPLOVE takes 10% off. See our Shipping Policy.
Can I return a product? Yes. Unopened, unused items can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund to your original payment method (5-10 business days after we receive and inspect the return). Opened or used products can't be returned for hygiene reasons. If your order arrives damaged or defective, or you got the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we'll make it right. You pay return shipping unless the item was damaged, defective, wrong or our error. Sale items, discovery sizes and sets follow the same terms. See our Returns page.
What is GHK-Cu? GHK-Cu is a copper tripeptide, a small peptide bound to copper. It's used in skincare for firmer-looking, smoother, more even-looking skin. Formulas with it often have a light blue tint from the copper.
Can I use copper peptides with retinol? Many people use both, often a peptide product in the morning and retinol at night. Introduce one product at a time and wear sunscreen every morning.
What order should I apply serum and moisturizer in? Cleanse, then serum, then moisturizer (thin to thick), then sunscreen in the morning.
Is SHIELD-CU a sunscreen? No. SHIELD-CU is a barrier support cream with zinc oxide, but it has no SPF rating. Use a separate broad-spectrum sunscreen during the day.
Can I try a product before buying a full size? Yes. Several products come in smaller discovery sizes, such as AZUL-RENEW 5 mL and ORO+ LUME 5 mL.
