Shipping & DeliveryWe aim to ship orders promptly; however, delivery times may vary.We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or events beyond our control.Risk of loss transfers to you upon delivery by the carrier.5. Returns & Exchanges
Unopened, unused items in their original packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the item price; original shipping charges are not refunded. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days after we receive and inspect the return. You pay return shipping unless the item was damaged, defective or wrong, or we made an error. Opened or used products cannot be returned for health and hygiene reasons. If your order arrives damaged or defective, or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will provide a replacement or refund.
